The emergence of virtual social networks in various forms and capacities in the last decade has exposed a wide variety of influences of the information age in Iranian society and networks such as Line, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Instagram and ... on the mobile platform for the public to access Information for various classes has turned into university professors. The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method to survey the views of the sample population of the research, including 182 professors from eight universities in the country regarding their relationship with the political culture of the telegraph. The analysis of the data of the questionnaire using the Kualdol Tavan test led to the conclusion that the activity in the telegram was related to self-rule tendencies, critique of the political system, alienation, distrust of the political culture of the professors, and with the tendencies of absolutism, extra-judicial behavior, extremism and the superiority of the religious values of their political culture. As societies become more complicated, the importance of communications in political dimension has significantly enhanced and mass media along with other social entities are playing more effective roles in political socialization and political participation. Present research investigated the relationship between using the national media political shows, Persian language speaking satellite channels and novel social networks with Tehran citizens’ political participation. The objective of this research is to identify level and type of using media by Tehran citizens which is conducted using survey methodology and questionnaire technique in which 600 Tehran citizens’ views were received and the data was extracted and analyzed in both descriptive and inferential statistics. The hypotheses tests indicated that there is a significant relationship between independent variables (using the national media. Persian speaking satellite channels and social networks) and (trust and satisfaction) and dependent variable (Tehran citizens’ political participation) and with 95% of reliability and based on indicators such as participating in election or demonstration and political gatherings, advertisement for political party, talking to others about political issues, interest in following the political events and news. In addition, the results indicated that effect of using the political shows in national media is directly effective on participation and the satellite shows have inverse effects. Moreover, the results obtained explained that effect of using the political contents in social networks is directly effective on citizens’ participation.

In the advent of 21 century , emergence of new communication technologies has become the main factor to know political as well as social movements, it also has provided new opportunity to preaper new teaching materials for political science courses. The prsent article supposes that media literacy as a course for political science can play a major role to introduce the influence of media to the students and also help them to gain and reconstruct their own identity. It is tried to not only intriduce the movements of cultural contracts in information era, but also show the importance of introducing such courses to the students if political science. Also the role of media litracy is considered as a major tool for critical consideration of media texts.
It can improve their analysis power to u derstand the political social envirnment better and judge it more efficiently. This shows the importance of relationship between political science and information technology . this is a descriptive analytical study and has enjoyed the theories proposed by Rabertson, gider , mack lohan and Albero.

Investigating the role of media in strengthening the components of national identity: Emphasizing Mazandaran's voice and television

Identity is a concept that is closely related to the concept of national interest. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of the media in strengthening national identity with emphasis on Mazandaran Broadcasting. This descriptive study was a field study. The statistical population of this study was all citizens of Mazandaran province in 1397 which 384 people were selected by non-random sampling method. The instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire with 55 items. The factor analysis was used to determine the validity of its structure in six dimensions (cultural, social, political, territorial, linguistic and religious identity) in total, 63.68% of the total variance Explained. The reliability value of the Cronbach alpha coefficient was 94.9. The data analysis method was using of Binomial and Friedman tests. The findings showed that provincial media play a role in strengthening national identity and its six dimensions: cultural, social, political, territorial, linguistic and religious identity. The ranking of the impact of the national identity dimensions on the provincial media is as follows: religious identity, territorial identity, linguistic identity, cultural identity, social identity and political identity.

سوال اصلی این پژوهش این است که نظام سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در فیلمهای سینمایی غربی چگونه بازنمایی شده است؟ و محصولات تصویری رسانههای غربی درباره ایران بر چه محورهایی تمرکز کردهاند؟ در این پژوهش سعی شده است از روش تحلیل مضمون، محورهای مطرحشده فیلم­های غربی درباره ایران بررسی شود. تحلیل مضمون 16 فیلم غربی مربوط به سه دهه از تاریخ سینمایی مغرب زمین نشان میدهد که مضامین محتوایی این فیلمها عمدتا ً در دو حوزه داخلی و خارجی تقسیمبندی میشوند؛ محور و مضمون اصلی این فیلمها در بعد داخلی بر «ناکار آمد بودن حکومت ایران» استوار و در بعد خارجی مضمون محوری این فیلمها «تهدید بودن ایران برای صلح و امنیت جهانی» است. این دو مضمون اصلی در قالب مضامین فرعی متعدد دیگری در ردههای پائینتر به صورت مکرر وزنجیرهوار تکرار میشوند تا بتوانند نوعی ایرانهراسی را در ذهن مخاطبان جهانی القا کنند.

Everyone has right to exchange information and access to the most up-to-date domestic and foreign news and global developments by media. This exchange of information and the transmission of messages are among the fundamental rights of human. Today freedom of the media has become one of the issues of the international law regime. In this article is analyzed and considered violation of freedom of expression and media under normal and emergency situation in regional regime of European Human Rights by analytical-descriptive and partly statistical method and review of some decisions issued by the European Commission of Human Rights in the framework of norms, structures and institutions of public law. Regarding to globalization and develop of social networks and the media and the intelligence community and the globalization of human rights, the main issue is ensuring the right to freedom of the media, especially in emergency situations, especially after the events of September 11th . Our question in this article, is the right to freedom of expression through media absolute or not in emergency situations? In response, the right to freedom of expression is restricted in emergency situations so it is applicable in conditions of observing the public interests and human rights principles and standards.
