			<abstract>Abstract: Human rights in Shiite Government have heavenly origin, which are blended with natural rights and human conscience. The approach of Shiite Government using Islamic religion looks at the future but learns from the past. The concept of human rights as one of the subjects of international regimes (states) has historical background in present world system. All bibles (holy books), particularly Quran, Kurosh’s charter and his eminence Ali’s lectures referred to basic concepts of human rights in different dimensions and emphasized on following these principles in their management approach. In this study, it is tried to consider the historical background and the systems of human rights, bible and fundamental concepts of human rights in Alavi management, such as life right, freedom right, equality right and human munificence right. Our findings will indicate that practical function of these concepts has a special position in Alavi management and it is significant in Islamic republic management of Iran. Therefore, on the consideration of the latest theories of International relations, Shiite Government can be a pattern for other political systems of the world.</abstract>

			<abstract>After the occurrence of the Islamic Revolution in 1979, the long-term vital interests of America faced with a serious challenge in the Middle East. At the same time, the Iranophobia project was on the agenda of western countries and America in military, political, economic and especially advertising and media aspects that which ultimately led to the phobia of the Islamic Republic of Iran among the neighboring countries of the Persian Gulf border. One of the most important and influential effects of this phobia was establishing the Persian Gulf cooperation council that consisted of the six countries of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arabic Emirates, and Oman. The main research question is: what is the relationship between the development of arms purchases of the Persian Gulf cooperation council members and the Iranophobia project? The hypothesis of this paper is that the induction of Iranophobia is due to obtaining greater economic benefits for Western countries and America through arms purchases to the Persian Gulf countries. The present article attempts to use and the descriptive - analytical method and the neorealistic approach as the conceptual framework to evaluate the effect of Iranophobia on the ascending trend of arms purchases among the Persian Gulf cooperation council members.</abstract>

Islamic-Iranian model of progress is an issue that Iranian thinkers put as the intellectual program today. Local model of progress of a society would be derived from the intellectual heritage of that society. Farabi is an Islamic thinker with a utopia that has made a kind of Islamic idealism. One of the topics of the Farabi&#039;s philosophy in his Utopia is &quot;happiness&quot; Which stayed in his opinion about politics and society. &quot;Happiness&quot; is basic concept that according to the characteristics and parameters such as meritocracy, hierarchy, elitism, god centrism with holiness, spirituality and devotion And the nature of happiness, etc., may be achieved. 			<abstract>Democracy is  one of the  most importand  subjects  for the huoman  therefore  he  tries to consider it as his ideal or tries to realize it. In historical  trend  this  issue  experienced  essential  developments  and nowsady  in  anywhere  of world  there  isn’t  a same  definion  from  this word as any nation has its specific comprehension  from it. Accordingly  developing  countries  act  differently  by confronting  it. Some of these countries accept it and some try to make it native and anothers define it differently  but it is noticeable that  the  performance  of  Islamic  republic  of  iran  within  this  subject  is  specific  as the founders of this political  sustem  were  believed  that  democracy  exists in  Islamic  system and  this  system can be presented as a successful  democratic  pattern  to  regional  and  worldwide  countries  but  for realizing. 			<abstract>Although Syria crisis was started at the  same time  with Arab spring and Islamic awareness , there was kind of ambiguity for some of the analysists that it was a part of Islamic movments in the regional countries, But existence of terroristic parties and salfi fondementalists including Al - nosrah, Ahrar- sham and Daesh which were united together to conquer Syria’s government made Iran in position that could observe region and this country changes more critically and support Syria’s government and people interests . according  to this point , assumeption in this research is that Iran’s positions against Syria’s crisis is realistic and based on Syria and Iran’s national interests for people and govrnment in both contries . Purpose in this reserch is coming to a great understanding  of  positive approach in Syria’s crisis. research method is descriptive – analytical and  research type is functional and data collecting is based on document and book study.</abstract>

			<abstract>Russian’s Ultimatum to Iran was important crisis that encounter second period of Iranian parliament in 1911. This crisis finally comes to end this parliament. Although deferent discussions was made about ultimatum at this moment but still deferent aspect of this event is unknown. Still Political Viewpoint of important personal is ambiguous about this ultimatum. Modarres is one of this personal that about him surfaced very historical mistakes Modarres’s political viewpoint in against Russian ultimatum to Iran 1911 is conflict whit  that was tolled about him very historian. Modarres as a independent and   liberal political personality to be placed in center of historical and political researches after Islamic revolution. Imam Khomeini’s positive viewpoint about modarres increased historical researches about him. Attempting to changed modarres as the great politician and a historical parent to cause a lot of historical unreal questions to him. Unfortunately if we don’t try to critics this data, most of these historical mistakes become to historical fact. This article attempted whit use to of original rescores about of Russian ultimatum to Iran 1911 and analyzed narrations about modarres and critiqued approaches about him. Finally this article gives a alternative narrative.</abstract>
