The evolution of technology and then the change in the analytical skills of individuals have brought the world to a new era. On the one hand, the emergence of issues such as new actors and new wars that cannot be explained within the framework of the state-driven paradigm theory and, on the other hand, Repeating these transformations as a model that surpasses them from a mere maladjustment has doubled the tendency for theorizing to understand these issues. ISIL is an example of these developments. The purpose of this article is to investigate new ISIL-centered wars in light of the views expressed about these wars. That the formation of the actor is limited to religious extremism will not provide much knowledge of the state of the new era. This paper, by descriptive-analytical method, seeks to answer the question of how the new era has helped shape ISIS-led new wars. With the change in the nature of power, the new era has led to the formation of a kind of war that is different from intergovernmental wars. Hence, this article, while analyzing the status of the ISIL group, concludes that ISIS is the result of these new conditions, and these wars seem to be the future crisis of the Middle East.

The strategy of negotiating with countries and currents incompatible with the policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran has led to the quarreling of political policies and political movements within the country over the past two decades and has led two fundamentalist and reformist movements to realize their policies, Confronted. Hence, the question is, what is the attitude of each of the two strands to this strategy?.
The autopsy of the nature, goals, barriers, power sources, and characteristics of the negotiators in this strategy by descriptive-analytic method indicates that the principled flow defines non-cohesive countries in its value system and believes that this dialogue is a value Pending. On the other hand, the reformist trend points to diplomatic advocacy as a sign of political life in the international system, and believes that negotiation and dialogue can eliminate hostilities.

The vast and rapid changes in the various aspects of human individual and social life, swift transformations of the structures and institutions of the global order, states weaknesses and failures in international relations, strengthen of non-state actors, expanded communications and increasing interdependence among countries, the multidimensional concept of threat and security, has made the international system behavior strongly complex and unpredictable. In such circumstances the current paradigms and theories have been faced with severe restrictions in the study of international relations as the result of Newtonian thinking domination which rely on linear analyzing methods in interpreting these events. As in this methods, the relation between the simple cause and effects are to be considered simple, clear and linear, and the current situation are determining the future. In present article, by studying existing Newtonian approaches in international relation theories, were are to show that international systems are based on non-linear, complex and unpredictable interactions, and complete and clear understanding of international developments couldn’t be reached based on these linear, simplified Newtonian methods. In this regard in order to interpret international system behavior a thinking beyond Newtonian approaches are needed.

Popular uprisings in the current Islamic awareness or Arab spring led to demands articulated by different sections of Tunisian society, and new social movements paved the way for the occurrence of disorderly behaviors. Indeed, domino like changes led to the formation of Tunisian revolution, as a result of general orientations of Arab rulers, on one hand, which can be called as a problem of "Founder's Trap", and as an importance of new social movements in the explanation of changes in the northern Africa, on the other hand, which faced with research gap prior to that. By utilizing qualitative method and descriptive-analytical approach, this study, with the purpose of filling a part of the existing gap, is aimed at replying to this main question: to what extent, by considering Founder's Trap crisis, the occurrence of revolutionary developments in Tunisia, does adopt with the theory of new social movements? Findings of this research show: first, Founder's Trap crisis in the country under study is among important reasons responsible for the formation of new social movements. Second, exploiting new social movements is one of the main factors in the changes happened in this country, which covers requests and demands of the people, and determines the occurrence of the revolution. Finally, theory of new social movements encountered theoretical fault once faced with revolutionary changes and current realities of the Arab world. This, in turn, necessitates considering the subject of political economy in reviewing, development, and more efficacy of the theory.

This article, which seeks to explore the characteristics and emergence of the right and left dualities in the political world, first explains these universal concepts in human life. The superiority of the right hand to the left hand in cultures, as well as the attribution of this duality to male and female couple by giving examples in ancient Persian literature, is another part of this research. The researcher then looks at the presence and importance of this two words in religion and the holy texts, and explains the similarity of the approach of different religions to these two concepts by attributing the right side to good people and the left side to evils. The presence of this duality in politics during the French Revolution in the constituent assembly of France is the explained. The place of the king immense power supporters on the right and the supporters of the people and the revolutionaries on the left, the importance of the role of newspapers from 1815 in these words in the French political scene. The simple, changeable and comprehensible characters of these concepts for those who ignore the politics are introduced as the reasons for the success of these words in politics.
