As Moris Dorzhe states since the political parties are the representatives of the social forces in the society, they attempt to satisfy the demands and wishes of those groups, classes and social forces which they represent. This goal is achieved through acquitting and maintaining power by political parties in an election system. Investigating the performance of the parties in the Iranian society reveals that the parties have been inefficient especially since the 19th August coupin 1953. The present article attempts to reveal that the rentier quality of the government in 1960’s and 1970’s was responsible for the inefficiency of political parties in Iran. The government was able to support consumerism in the country through satisfying the economic needs of the people through relying on its entire revenues which led to preventing people from seeking their demands in the framework of creating political parties of following political activities in the society. At the same time, the revenue obtained through taxes made in possible for the government to make very dependent parties which were the mouth-pieces of the government. Through it’s retire capabilities, the government was able to suppress and control the opposing parties and make parties which were its adherents.}, keywords = {Rentesism,Pahlavid Government,Inefficiency of political parties,Consumerism,middle class}, title_fa = {رانتیریسم و تأثیر آن بر رابطة دولت و احزاب در ایران (1330-1357)}, abstract_fa = {یکی از کارکردهای احزاب سیاسی تجمیع و تألیف خواسته‌های مردم و انتقال آن خواسته‌ها به دستگاه سیاسی و نمادهای تصمیم‌گیری است. همان‌طور که موریس ‌دوورژه‌ می‌گوید: احزاب چون ترجمان نیروهای اجتماعی به شمار می‌روند و خواسته‌های گروه، طبقه، و نیروی اجتماعی‌ای را که از آن برآمده‌اند تأمین می‌کنند. این هدف از طریق کسب و حفظ قدرت توسط احزاب معمولاً در نظام انتخاباتی تحقّق می‌یابد. بررسی کارکرد احزاب در جامعة ایران، نشان‌دهندة آن است که احزاب به ویژه از زمان کودتای 28 مرداد تاکنون ناکارآمد بوده‌اند. استدلال این مقاله آن است که ماهیّت رانتیر دولت در دهة چهل و پنجاه شمسی از جمله دلایل ناکارآمدی احزاب سیاسی بوده است. دولت قبل از انقلاب، با توان اقتصادی حاصل از درآمدهای رانتی توانسته بود به حمایت از مصرف‌گرایی و تأمین نیازهای اوّلیة زندگی عامّة مردم بپردازد، و آنها را از گرایش به فعّالیت‌های سیاسی در چارچوب احزاب و دیگر گروه‌ها برای پیگیری خواسته‌هایشان باز دارد؛ همچنین درآمدهای مالیاتی این توان را به دولت می‌داد که با درآمدهای رانتی، احزاب دولتیِ کاملاً وابسته‌ای را به وجود آورد و به کنترل و سرکوب احزاب مخالف بپردازد.}, keywords_fa = {رانتیریسم,دولت پهلوی,ناکارآمدی احزاب,مصرف‌گرایی,طبقة متوسط}, url = {https://politicalstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_140.html}, eprint = {https://politicalstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_140_f8615b499858b5d1d307e8a29abc39f7.pdf} }
