In the West, too, increased oversight of citizens under the pretext of law enforcement is one of the most important areas of e-government intervention, undermining the claims of most modern Western philosophers to guarantee individual freedom based on empirical science and liberal democratic values. As the Corona virus spread, Western governments used artificial intelligence to control the Corona virus and monitor law enforcement, revealing a kind of digital tyranny. For example, Western governments use artificial intelligence technology to control individual behavior under the pretext of preventing and controlling the corona virus. Accordingly, the present article seeks to use a descriptive and library method to answer how the most important part of Western political philosophy, which is individual freedom, can be restricted through e-government to lead to digital authoritarianism. Findings show that Western governments have accelerated the transition from liberal democracy to digital authoritarianism by using digital technologies and encouraging citizens to self-censor, preventive control, violate social credibility, private intervention, and legitimize machine life.}, keywords = {Corona,individual freedom,Liberal Democracy,Digital Authoritarianism,West}, title_fa = {کرونا، اقتدارگرایی دیجیتال و بن بست های لیبرالیسم در فلسفه سیاسی غرب}, abstract_fa = {هوش مصنوعی در قرن بیست ویک، عرصه زندگی سیاسی و اجتماعی اغلب مردم جهان را تحت‌تأثیر قرار داده است. در غرب نیز افزایش نظارت بر شهروندان به بهانه اجرای قانون ازجمله مهم‌ترین عرصه‌های دخالت دولت الکترونیک به‌شمار می‌رود که ادعای اکثر فلاسفه غرب جدید در رابطه با تضمین آزادی فرد بر اساس پیشرفت‌های علوم تجربی و ارزش‌های لیبرال دموکراسی را زیر سوال برده است. با شیوع پاندمی کرونا، استفاده دولت‌های غربی ازهوش مصنوعی برای کنترل همه‌گیری و نظارت بر اجرای قوانین مربوط، شکلی از اقتدارگرایی دیجیتال را نمایان ساخت. از جمله مسائل مطرح در این زمینه استفاده دولت‌های غربی از فناوری‌ هوش مصنوعی برای کنترل رفتار فرد به بهانه پیشگیری و کنترل ویروس کرونا است. بر این اساس مقاله حاضر سعی دارد با به‌کارگیری روش توصیفی و کتابخانه‌ای، به این سوال مهم پاسخ دهد که چگونه از طریق عرصه-های دولت الکترونیک، دال مرکزی فلسفه سیاسی غرب یعنی آزادی فردی محدود، و به اقتدارگرایی دیجیتال منجر شده است؟ یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد دولت‌های غربی با بهره‌گیری از فن‌آوری‌های دیجیتال و تشویق شهروندان به خودسانسوری، کنترل پیش‌‌دستانه، نقض اعتبار اجتماعی، دخالت در حوزه خصوصی و مشروعیت‌بخشی به زندگی ماشینی، فرایند گذار از لیبرال دموکراسی به اقتدارگرایی دیجیتال را تسریع بخشیده-اند.}, keywords_fa = {کرونا,آزادی فرد,لیبرال دموکراسی,اقتدارگرایی دیجیتال,غرب}, url = {https://politicalstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_6358.html}, eprint = {https://politicalstudy.ihcs.ac.ir/article_6358_1f757b4b987645a84b15d00e0cc9c23b.pdf} }
