		<Abstract>Political socialization as an approach that tries to explain the process of political socialization and the transmission of political culture to new generations has always been important and has long been considered by political and social thinkers under various headings. But the legacy of the modernization paradigm and behaviorist methodology in this approach has led to a decline in its popularity in recent decades and the need to rethink it more seriously. The present study, using the documentary study method in the data collection section and the qualitative content analysis model in the data analysis section, while reviewing some traditional theories in this approach, tries to seriously consider the need to reconsider the traditional research approach in This field and provide suggestions and requirements for future research in it, and in this way has helped the recent views of some experts that are reflected in new research. Findings show that factors such as the prevalence of quantitativeism, devaluation, neglect of underlying and macro factors, subject passivity in research, ignoring subcultures, simplifying the concept of political action, conceptual consensus, limiting factors, neglect The impact of new social phenomena such as virtual social networks and theoretical poverty is a number of serious criticisms of this theoretical approach that needs attention and rethinking. Finally, suggestions are presented in a categorized way in this passage.</Abstract>
