Abstract

This research is descriptive-analytical by using library resources and phishing tools, in order to investigate the role of entitlement in reaching the desired goal in the political thought of Imam Khomeini (RA) and Ayatollah Khamenei based on the theory of speech. And Mufa was completed and after examining their writings and speeches, it was observed that the desired goal in the political thought of Imam Khomeini (RA) is the establishment of an Islamic government, which was a central sign in his political speech. The issue of entitlement can be seen in the concept of two floating signs of political ideals (restoring the rights of the oppressed and gaining people's satisfaction) and also in other elements of the Imam's words. Khomeini (may Allah be pleased with him) such as: creating fairness and justice, expanding individual and social justice, preventing oppression, realizing justice in the social and economic context, etc., in the pillars of the "establishment of the Islamic Republic", responsibility towards God's people and supervision All officials were observed, including the elements of "unquestionable sovereignty of divine values", neither oppression nor oppression in "creating an atmosphere full of peace and friendship". It is worth mentioning that Imam (a.s.) emphasizes the issue of "justice" in the category of seeking justice, which is one of the floating signs of the desired ideal in the thought of Ayatollah Khamenei. Therefore, the current research comes to the conclusion that according to the discourse theory of Laclau and Mouffe, entitlement and entitlement have been important and influential components and elements in the desired ideals in the political thought of the leaders
