The relationship between political power and existing social classes in society is a complex relationship and has a special place in better understanding of the political life of societies. In order to investigate changes in the level of political power, it is necessary to check the changes in social power and how it is transformed into political power. With the implementation of the White Revolution, especially the land reform law, fundamental changes were made in different layers of the society, and with the disappearance of traditional classes, new social classes were formed. The aim of the current research is to investigate the impact of such social developments on the formation of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.In this article, using Kornhauser's theory, we have addressed the issue of "what effect did the socio-economic reforms of the second Pahlavi period, especially the so-called (White Revolution) programs and the resulting class transformation, have on the formation of the Islamic Revolution? ». In line with the proposed question, we put forward this hypothesis that "it seems that the reforms known as the White Revolution, especially the land reforms, caused the formation of a mass society and a small number of people who had the potential of revolutionary mobilization in the marginal areas of the cities."The mentioned hypothesis was investigated by using reliable and written sources and the findings of the article indicate that the implementation of the plans related to the White Revolution, especially the land reforms, weakened the traditional national solidarities and provided the characteristics of a mass society. He played a role in the formation of the Islamic Revolution.
