Among the most important effective media in the mentioned process are the Persian-language networks abroad, which have gone beyond neutrality and by producing different news, try to inject special and often confusing ideas of They have the state of the country. Discussions and results
Delegitimization in the media dimension means inducing the ineffectiveness of existing institutions within the political-social system in the direction of society's management and welfare. The threats caused by foreign Persian language media on Iran's national security in the media dimension include a wide range, which according to the content produced by these media, can be classified under the category of the delegitimization of radio and television or the national media. Media visualization is one of the techniques of soft power in its media dimension, according to which, foreign language Persian media try to use new technologies and media techniques. Invent virtual reality and influence public opinion in this way. Represented images of Iranian society (inducing crisis, chaos, insecurity, instability, civil disobedience, etc.) are part of this media portrayal. Some of the most important threats in the form of soft war led by Persian-language media abroad are inducing the political inefficiency of the regime, delegitimizing government actors inside and outside the country, undermining internal cohesion, and instilling discontent. Weakening the rejection of public opinion from the domestic media channel, especially the national media, and making it look powerless in the said matter, showing the non-acceptance of social values and norms. In this research, in addition to the general levels of delegitimization of the national media, the process of delegitimization at the level of media and news management has been specially investigated. The delegitimization of the national media by foreign Persian language media at the level of media and news management includes threats that are aimed at several key themes: First-hand narration of events, deepening of investigative journalism, targeted media policies, local media recognition, identification of audience information gaps, news making and timely news delivery, crowdsourced and interactive Creating news gatekeeping.

Conclusion
From the beginning of the Islamic Revolution until today, due to the identity-oriented, value-oriented and idealistic discourse of the Islamic Republic of Iran, this political system has been exposed to threats, some of which have been directed by the media. These threats have been repeated in every period, at different levels and degrees, and sometimes they have entered a new phase. In the meantime, the role of foreign language Persian media should be emphasized. These media, by using up-to-date technologies, diversifying content production, exploiting the conditions and problems in the country, attract audiences and thus affect different levels of national security; Because national security is closely related to categories such as identity, culture, lifestyle, sense of security, social satisfaction and trust, and sense of belonging. In recent years, the audience of the aforementioned media has increased, and this has reduced the influence and influence of the national media; So that we can mention the delegitimization of the national media by these competing media. The delegitimization of the national media can be seen especially in the issue of media and news management, which is one of the important components in highlighting and framing the production contents. In fact, the media try to minimize the influence of competing media by managing the structure and strategic management of news. In Iran, in recent years, we have witnessed the expansion of the influence of Persian-language foreign media in the direction of influencing and creating an information gap among the audience. These media try to destroy the interaction between the national media and the audience by presenting false news, rumors or encouraging the audience to create anxiety. In this situation, mistrust of the national media has increased and this media does not have first-hand narration when facing the events. As a result, audiences turn to alternative sources to satisfy their curiosity and information needs. Therefore, the de-legitimization of the national media in the matter of news and media management manifests itself in the form of threats to the first-hand narration of events, the deepening of investigative journalism, and targeted media policies, recognition of local media, identification of audience information gaps, news making and timely news delivery, crowdsourcing and interactive news gatekeeping. The result of this process is the weakening of the influence of the national media, the lack of trust in it and the loss of the authority of this institution, the consequences of which are undeniable for national security in the short and long term.
