The power to prevent the violation of human rights is the most obvious function of ‎international rules, and international law has been responsible for taking care of ‎humanity and creating a platform for peace. The investigation of current events at ‎the international level and attention to the widespread violation of human rights by ‎Israel regime has raised the question why international rules regarding genocide, ‎crimes against humanity, forced migration‏ ‏and war crimes that occurs in occupied ‎territories has not worked very efficiently?‎
the current research is based on an objective ‎sample model while examining the performance of the Universal Declaration of ‎Human Rights and other international documents in protection of human rights in ‎international arena by resorting to Islamic texts and foundations and sources have ‎achieved the importance that the Islamic Declaration of human rights is separate ‎both geographically and in terms of the scope of human existence From temporary ‎attributes such as color, race, gender and religion, it has ability to be universal, and ‎in promoting the document of the Islamic Declaration of Human Rights and ‎imagining the guarantee of sufficient implementation for it, it can prevent major ‎crimes in Palestine and other Islamic and even non-Islamic lands. and the ‎intellectuals and elites of the Islamic world, as well as Islamic governments, in case ‎of scientific effort, interaction and belief, along with respecting their roles and ‎membership in various international organizations, conventions and bodies, can ‎ensure the fulfillment of Muslim rights and other nations to restore their ‎civilizational and historical constructive role and by explaining and highlighting the ‎progressive rules of Islam in the field of protection of human rights by promoting ‎the true essence of Islam and its mission and progressive goals based on peace, ‎human welfare and benefit from all the benefits of a healthy life.‎
