The payment. The statistical population of the study consisted of the managers of the Islamic Republic of Iran with party orientations, from which 160 people were selected by simple random sampling in a systematic manner. Using descriptive and inferential statistics, the results showed that all four environmental factors - individual, psychological, systemic and operational, respectively, have a significant effect on the victory and defeat of party elites in the decision-making and policy-making of Iranian parties. Finally, suggestions were made to assist in future research.
