This study examines the consequences of ISIS’s landlessness and its impact on the Resistance Axis. With the fall of the ISIS caliphate and the loss of its territorial bases, the group transformed from a conventional force into a decentralized, transnational guerrilla organization. The main question of the study is how has ISIS’s landlessness affected the security and strategies of the Resistance Axis? The research hypothesis is based on the principle that ISIS’s landlessness has not only not reduced its threats, but has also created new challenges for the Resistance Axis by changing its war model, strengthening information and media warfare, and expanding terrorist networks in different regions. The research findings show that after losing its territory, ISIS has focused on sporadic attacks, cyberwarfare, and propaganda, and establishing transnational branches in Africa, Central Asia, and Afghanistan. These developments have caused the Resistance Axis to change its strategies and prioritize information and media confrontation in addition to military operations. The research method in this study is descriptive-analytical, and library resources and related documents were used to examine developments after ISIS became landless.
