One of the important topics in political psychology is the study of the relationship between personality traits of individuals and their political tendencies. Most of the research in this field has been conducted using the text content analysis method, which is time-consuming and usually depends on the person's opinion. In this study, we intend to examine this category using artificial intelligence.

The research method used in the study was causal-comparative, and the personality traits of individuals were examined based on the 5-factor personality model (big5) in two groups, the left group and the right group. The sample size was 100 people (including 50 people in the left group and 50 people in the right group) and the sampling method was purposive. To analyze personality traits based on the five-factor personality model (big5), an artificial intelligence-based five-factor personality model analysis system was used from the text, and the results were analyzed using a multivariate analysis of variance test.

The results showed that the personality trait anxiety was associated with left-wing group orientation and the trait agreeableness with right-wing group orientation, and no significant differences were found in other personality traits. In addition, the results showed that the personality trait anxiety had a stronger predictive power for political orientation than other personality traits. These findings have important implications for our understanding of how people's basic patterns of thought and emotion are related to their ideological orientations.
