مطالعه تأثیر جامعه‌شناختی فرهنگ سیاسی و مؤلفه‌های آن بر میزان مشارکت سیاسی

چکیده

فرهنگ سیاسی به معنای آگاهی، نگرش و جهانی، دانش و اندیشه در عالم سیاست است که نقش مهمی در ارتقای مشارکت سیاسی دارد، هدف اصلی پژوهش، مطالعه تأثیر شاخص فرهنگ سیاسی بر میزان مشارکت سیاسی است. روش تحقیق از نوع فراتحلیل کمی، جامعه آماری آن 32 سند که 18 مورد به لحاظ روایی و پایایی جهت ورود به نرم‌افزار انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحلیل آن d کوهن و f فیشر در قالب اندازه اثر effect size است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که فرهنگ سیاسی دربازه زمانی 1387-1402 بر روند مشارکت سیاسی اثری معنی‌دار و مثبت داشته و مقدار ضریب آن برابر با 0.15 است و همچنین فرهنگ سیاسی دمکراتیک (0.145)؛ فرهنگ سیاسی بی‌تفاوت (0.110)؛ فرهنگ سیاسی عمل‌گرا (0.131) و فرهنگ سیاسی سنتی (0.218) با مشارکت سیاسی رابطه معنی‌داری داشته است. نتایج و پیامدهای پژوهش نشانگر این است که ارتقای سطح آگاهی و دانش سیاسی جامعه منجر به مسئولیت‌پذیری، افزایش تعهد و همدلی نسبت به سیاست شده و همین امر بسترهای افزایش مشارکت سیاسی شهروندان را فراهم می‌سازد. در اصل مشارکت سیاسی، نیازمند پیشینه و پشتوانه در کنش‌های سیاسی مردم بوده و این امر در ساختار فرهنگ سیاسی نهفته است.

چکیده [English]

Political culture means awareness, attitude and universality, knowledge and thought in the world of politics, which plays an important role in promoting political participation. The main purpose of the research is to study the effect of political culture index on the level of political participation. The research method is quantitative meta-analysis, its statistical population is 32 documents, 18 of which were selected in terms of validity and reliability to enter the software. Its analysis tool is Cohen's d and Fisher's f in the form of effect size. The results show that political culture has a significant and positive effect on the process of political participation in the period of 1402-1387 and its coefficient value is equal to 0.15, as well as democratic political culture (0.145); indifferent political culture (0.110); Pragmatic political culture (0.131) and traditional political culture (0.218) had a significant relationship with political participation. The results and implications of the research show that improving the level of political awareness and knowledge of society leads to responsibility, increasing commitment and empathy towards politics, and this provides the basis for increasing the political participation of citizens. Basically, political participation requires background and support in people's political actions, and this lies in the structure of political culture.
