The discussion of how the revolutionary bloc was formed in the second half of the Pahlavi regime is one of the important topics in the understanding and analysis of the Islamic Revolution. Proposed discourses; their connection; And finally, it deals with the victory of Islamism under the leadership of Imam Khomeini over other rivals. For this purpose, this article has focused its main question on how to develop revolutionary hegemony in civil society (1357-1342). The hypothesis of the article based on Antonio Gramsci's model is that the government is not based solely on coercive powers, but must achieve hegemony within the society by persuading the masses in order to have both legitimacy and authority. The findings of the research have shown that in the period between 1342 and 1357, the Pahlavi regime gradually lost its hegemony in the civil society, and in contrast to the revolutionary hegemony, it was developing in the civil society, until finally the regime was defeated in this war of positions and the Islamists were able to share the same ideologies. to defeat the rival (liberalism and Marxism) and the western discourse of the court. The research approach of cultural sociology and the method of data collection was library and documentary.
