تأثیر پیدایش فضای مجازی در شکل‌دهی زیستِ جدیدِ سیاست

The virtual space, along with the possibilities and access it provides, enables individuals to transcend conventional habits and matters, making new decisions. The estimate of five billion users in the virtual space further underscores its significance and impact. The virtual space transforms the real world, leading to changes in the creation of movements, protests, violence, wars, and the modern management of society. This research seeks to understand and explain the relationship between the virtual space and the new life of politics. In this context, the main question is: what impact has the formation of the virtual space had on the new life of politics? To answer this question, a documentary method was employed, and data was collected in four steps within a descriptive approach. Subsequently, the data was analyzed in a descriptive-correlational framework. The expansion of the virtual space, with its trans-temporal and trans-spatial functions, imaginative analysis, extensive communications, and constructed identities, has led to (1) a global nature of politics, (2) an increase in the diversity and multiplicity of political actors, (3) a more emotional and irrational politics, (4) a broader governance arena, and (5) non-exclusive information dissemination.
