As a result of the efforts of the Turkish government and non-governmental organizations, Turkey has been considered as a successful development model among developing countries in the last one or two decades. The main question of the present article is what tools the Turkish government has used for image building in the world and what results it has achieved. The Turkish government has used public diplomacy alongside official diplomacy to achieve its desired approval and has performed successfully in this way, although it has also faced challenges and obstacles. Turkey's decision makers have tried to present their country as a model that has been able to bridge the gap between tradition and modernity, Islam and secularism, and East and West, experiencing a distinctive path of development. As a result, Turkey has become an inspiring country for a large number of countries.
