چکیده

از آنجا که نقش نخبگان حزبی در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها و تصمیم‌سازی­های کلان اهمیت دارد، این پژوهش به بررسی اثرگذاری عوامل مدیریتی (سیستمی، محیطی ـ فردی، عملی ـ عملیاتی، روان­شناختی) در پیروزی و شکست نخبگان حزبی در تصمیم‌گیری و سیاست‏گذاری احزاب ایرانی پرداخت. جامعة آماری تحقیق را مدیران جمهوری اسلامی ایران با گرایش‌های حزبی تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از نمونه­گیری تصادفی ساده به روش سیستماتیک تعداد 160 نفر از میان آنها انتخاب شدند. برای تأیید یا رد فرضیات تحقیق از آزمون­های آماری مناسب در محیط نرم­افزار SPSS و Lisrel استفاده شد. با بهره­گیری از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که هر چهار عامل محیطی ـ فردی، روان‏شناختی، سیستمی و عملیاتی به ترتیب، تأثیری معنادار در پیروزی و شکست نخبگان حزبی در تصمیم‌گیری و سیاست‏گذاری احزاب ایرانی دارند. در پایان، پیشنهادهایی برای کمک به پژوهش‌های آتی ارائه شد.

Because the role of party elites in decision-making and macro-decision-making is important, this study examines the impact of managerial factors (systemic, environmental-individual, practical-operational, psychological) on the victory and defeat of party elites in decision-making and policy-making of Iranian parties. The payment. The statistical population of the study consisted of the managers of the Islamic Republic of Iran with party orientations, from which 160 people were selected by simple random sampling in a systematic manner. Appropriate statistical tests in SPSS and Lisrel software were used to confirm or reject the research hypotheses. Using descriptive and inferential statistics, the results showed that all four environmental factors - individual, psychological, systemic and operational, respectively, have a significant effect on the victory and defeat of party elites in the decision-making and policy-making of Iranian parties. Finally, suggestions were made to assist in future research.
